With old fashioned gnocchi boards, rolling pins and your hands, shape “pasta bianca” (fresh pasta dough made without eggs) into: malloreddus (ridged shell-like pasta) and fettuccine. Sauces include mushroom bolognese and vegan Alfredo. Panzanella is upgraded with a roasted red pepper vinaigrette and dessert is a luscious chocolate hazelnut mousse. BYOB!
