Kids’ Cooking Camp: Session 3

July 15-19, from 9:30am to 12:30pm

“The time has come!” the chef instructor said, “to talk of other things–of ramen, of pizza, of pasta, of tacos, the fun that cooking brings!” Your kids will learn a new menu each day of the five-day camp. We’ll start with tacos, making fresh tortillas and fillings, then follow up with quick breads, i.e., biscuits and muffins, then touch on yeasted doughs with pizza and calzones, then make low-hydration eggless noodles in the form of ramen, and finish up with a fresh egg pasta and ice cream party on Friday to celebrate our freshly earned kitchen proficiency! Ages 5-12 are welcome to join. Dietary restrictions are respectfully not accommodated, as most menus are based on gluten investigation. Drop off only. Precocious 4 year olds will be considered.

Session 1: June 24th through 28th
Session 2: July 8th through 12th
Session 3: July 15th through 19th
