Seafood Paella Feast

Paella means “frying pan” in the regional dialect of Valencia, Spain where the dish originates. But it’s so much more than a pan!

Under the guidance of our chefs, you’ll assemble appetizing tapas and salad with classic Spanish ingredients of protected origins such as Iberian ham, Manchego cheese, and Marcona almonds. But a moment of silence is observed for the paella itself—teeming with shrimp, clams, mussels, and chorizo and redolent with saffron. Save room for desert!
